Order never arrived

On Friday the 26th of Jan 2018 at 19:00 I ordered a, on the triple pizza at Debonairs pizza in Grassy Park online, it was confirmed that they received my order.... A minute after receiving my confirmation message they called to say that they dont deliver in my area, which I appreciate(I spoke to Ebrahim at Debonairs pizza, Grassy Park). A few minutes later I decided to order online at a different store, which was Debonairs pizza in plumstead, I also received a confirmation message stating that my order was received that was 19:15, I waited and waited until 22:00 (10pm) for my order and still nothing arrived. I called Debonairs pizza plumstead at 10pm and spoke to Darren who put me through to the store manager but no answer, i left a message but still no response. I called for a second time and spoke to David and he said that the manager is busy and he will ask her/him(manager) to give me a callback, im still waiting on that call. David then phoned me back saying that they don't deliver in my area, 3 hours after I've placed my order. Im very disappointed in the service i got... The least they could've done was, phone and say that they don't deliver in my area, I had to wait 3 hours, just to tell me that I won't be getting my order. I am a paying customer and I don't appreciate the bad services.
