Order incorrect Store not taking calls

<p>I placed an order online at 16H11 for an on the double pizza. The pizza arrived at 17H20 and after the driver left we checked the order and found one 1 pizza in the box. The pizza was a plain cheese pizza and not the spicy chicken with tikka sauce ordered. Called the store and the manager didn't want to take our calls. After 4 calls he took our call and advised that the order will be replaced. At 18H10 we received a single chicken pizza with tikka sauce. Tried calling the store as we were still one pizza short. Had to drive to the Phoenix plaza store to get a refund. The manager only refunded for the pizza. When asked about the extra sause we paid then he refunded us. Finally received a refund at 18H27 and bought supper elsewhere</p>
