Order from Maponya Mall Debbonairs #***8

Good day

I'm so disappointed with Debbonairs Maponya Mall.

I placed an order for delivery then I got a call from the one of the driver ***) telling me that he is waiting for the shop to finish preparing my order.

The next thing I noticed that my order is showing that its delivered on the debbonairs website. I then called the shop trying to find out whats going on because I haven't received my order then the lady answering the call told me that drivers are ordered to mark orders as though they are delivered after they collect from the shop she then assured me that my order is on the way.

Shortly after I spoke with the lady I got a call from the driver again telling me that he should be outside my gate in 5 minutes. Immediately I went to outside to go wait for him with my son. We waited for 30 minutes and the driver never showed up I then decided to call him on the above mentioned cell number and he **** and told me that he was outside my gate and that he almost got ******.

I just want to say that I'm so disappointed with the service I got from Debbonairs.
