Order directions not followed

I ordered Pizza online today at Jabulani mall debonaires, having paid the amount that I paid expecting to get a my order in good condition instead I get onion in my pizza when I have requested that they must not include onion ( replacing it with tomato), no sweet chill sauce (replace with debonaires sauce) and also swap sweet bell peppers for mushroom. Instead my pizza was dry and too flat with almost no stuffing, and the bottom slice was torn as if it was bitten. My instructions were clear and I believe that the employees can read quite well I am so angry because I spent so much money for a fith grade product. Please do something about this because it seems as if these people have so many mistakes, it is not my first time complaining about them.
