Order delivered a disgrace!

I placed an order yesterday at 13:18. At 14:41 my order was still not delivered and I had to call them as I had to leave my office at 14:45 as I had a doctor’s appointment for my son. They told me that it is out for delivery and will call me back. They never called me back and I left the office and told the security at my work to call me if Debonairs arrives. At 15:01 the security called me and told me Debonairs is at the gate, and I said they must take my order I will come and fetch it now as I am just dropping my son off at the doctor. I immediately went back to pick it up, only to find that the pizza is ice-cold and the coldrink was never delivered. I called Debonairs at 15:11 and they said it was a mistake and asked if I want a refund or for the coldrink to be delivered. I told the lady that I am not going back to work, and she said she will call me today, 01-02-2023. I received a call at 12:41 and Debonairs said that they will deliver the coldrink as I said I do not want a refund. It is nou once again 14h05 and NO coldrink has been delivered yet. Not only did I had to eat cold pizza, but now I must fight to get my coldrink. This is just not acceptable.
