ORDER AT MTHATHA SUTHERLANDS DEBONNAIRS PIZZA IF YOU WANT TO BE HUNGRY, DISRESPECTED AND UNDERMINED.

I usually enjoy ordering online. Its hassle free and doesnt cost a thing. Out of all places ive odered at, never have i recieved bad treatment like i did when i ordered at MTHATHA SUTHERLANDS STR DEBONNAIRS PIZZA. im still waiting for my order till this day. I was advised that deliveries take upto 45min. After 2 hours of placing an order i called the store to check the status. They rudely told me to be patient the driver has already gone out to deliver for me. I waited. After 30min waiting i decided to cook and even made desert dololo order. I called again at the store, now mainly because I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE DAMN FOOD ONLINE. This time around i asked for the manager. Told her that i havent recieved my order and it over 2 hours now. She said she will look into and HUNG UP ON ME. waited some more. Dololo. I called the store again asked for the manager and asked a refund. She rep****: Oho yizoyilanda!! And HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!! Mind you its 19:56 what the ????. I called customer care line. Told them i am logging a formal complaint. I was told i will recieve a case number as reference of the complaint. I still have not recieved it...NO FOOD ..NO MONEY.. i feel very disrespected. It wasnt an expensive or compicated order. they wouldnt have reaped me off off such small change. But customer service basics are lacking in that store. They dont value their clients. THAT MTHATHA SUTHERLANDS BRANCH IS FULL OF ***********,RUDE, SELFISH STAFF. THEIR MANAGER TOO.
