Option not available at this branch

Good day<br> Went to buy triple decker pizza at the Potch branch on monday, greeted the lady who didn't respond back. Continued to place an order and requested a division of chicken & meaty and abruptly told 'we can't do that' cause it's too difficult hence they don't do it. I then proceed to order the chicken one and found 2 people inside the shop waiting for their orders. I went outside then came back after 20 minutes to find the pizza was still not ready, waited another 7 minutes & received the pizza which had no topping of the herbs and inside only had chicken & red chillie.<br> Is that the service one is to experience at this branch from attitude to lack of this simple option???<br>
