Online pizza order takes an hour

So on my way from Sun City to Mooinooi, I ordered 1 BBQ Chicken pizza, ****tail cheese grillers 200g, Debonairs Chicken Wrap and 6 Chicken Wings online for collection at Mooinooi Debonairs Pizza. The order was placed and paid for at 18H56 online and got to the shop at 19H20. I asked if the order was ready and was told that it is not. I went too the nearby garage to buy bread just to pass time. At 19H35, I went back again and was told that it was still not ready to which I asked why does it take long today and was told it is because of the wings. I eventually got my order at 19H51 which is almost an hour since I first placed the order which is unacceptable the reason for ordering online is to order ahead and just collect your order and not wait for it still not ready. I have placed many orders before at the same establishment and this was the first time any order took more than 30 minutes and I always include the wings that they claim are the ones that delayed the order.
