Online pizza delivery delays for 2hours

Pizza delivery very poor,over 2 hours and this is the second time. First time it happend I had to phone the store to ask where is my pizza. Again on the 20/06/2015 made an order online at 15:50 which I have received an sms confirming that I'll receive my order at 16:34, at 17:45 phoned the store en spoke to Spencer en he said they are having too many deliveries en my pizza just left ,18:23 phoned again to speak to the manager cause I'm still waiting , the manager phones me back at 18:35 en said my pizza was delivered to the wrong person ....can you believe it really. The manager said they going to make a new order en I politely asked If I'm paying ,then he said he will check with his manager , at19:00 he phoned to say the driver is coming to deliver the pizza en it's free , 19:59 my order arrived . The store needs a wake up like realy , it's crazy . Frees pizza or not the time is bad.<br>
