Online orders poorly made

Debonairs Watercrest mall has made it a habit on my online orders to have the pizza handed over to the driver for delivery within less than 10 minutes of placing an order. Am I that stupid to fail to estimate how long it takes to receive a process an order and pass it to the kitchen and to make the pizza ready for the oven. That a process of at least 15 - 25 minutes. You then receive a poorly made, weirdly looking pizza that taste nothing like the normal pizza. This is my third complain in short space of two months about the same thing.
