Online orders nightmare!

I made an online order from the Debonairs at Alex mall. Order #***5 was supposed to be paid with card upon delivery. About 30 minutes later app said delivery is outside. Since I was already outside I saw nothing. 5 minutes later it said order delivered but no order had arrived.

By now I was getting flashbacks of the time something similar had happened and 2 hours later I was told order was canceled so I waited 10 minutes and decided to make another order since this one hadn't arrived and I hadn't paid for it.

I made the second order #***4 at Greenstone with a delivery charge and this time I used my card to make the payment online. Order was duly accepted and about 10 minutes while second order was at prep stage the first arrived. Pathetic service from the Alex mall branch!

I then called Greenstone to let them know and my query was escalated to a manager. She patiently explained that powers to reimburse clients were removed from managers and my best bet based on previous experience was to wait for my reimbur*****t for minimum 3 weeks!

So I asked that she delay delivery to the following day... I'm now doing my best to be fine and mentally prepare to swallow pizza this whole weekend.
