<p>I placed an order Friday night for 7 real deal pizzas and stated in the order that I wanted Chilli on only 1 of these pizzas. Debonairs charged me extra Chillies for all 7 pizzas. I requested a refund as I didn't ask for Chillies on each pizza and I only received Chilli on the 1 as requested. </p> <p>Area Manager Theo says they don't provide refunds. So I'm out of pocket for a product that wasn't provided. </p> <p>Pathetic service even for a manager to not acknowledge that there is clearly a fault is even worse.</p>
