Online order took over an hour

I placed an order online for 3 pizzas and 1 ****tail sausages from edenglen branch.i waited about an hour and fifteen minutes for my order to arrive not only to be late but cold too when i asked about why it took so long and why the indicator on my pizzas is black the driver just told me that the we arguing about if the deliver in my area or not because it is far but on the web i am part of the delivery area.So the fact that i have paid online already means your \hot and fresh high quality standards'' mean absolutely nothing, because i was presented with ice cold pizzas.I find this very disappointing and disgusting especially with my first experience with Edenglen branch, i have never had any problems with any of the other branches.
