Online order that was never delivered

Placed an online order at Debonairs Sasolburg Order # *** for delivery at 18:31 and I still haven't received it now at 20:00. I tried calling them around 19:30 to find out what the problem was but was told that it should be delivered in few minutes but still nothing and an online payment was done. I am currently not happy with their service.
