Online order sent driver to wrong address

About 10 minutes after I placed the order, the website indicated that the pizza had been delivered. A quick call to the branch confirmed that it was an error and the pizza would arrive in 20 minutes. I got a call from the driver saying he can't find my house in the street. The website logged my order for the same address in a DIFFERENT suburb 50kms away I guided the driver over the phone to the correct address once he reached my suburb more than an hour. I felt so bad I gave him an extra tip. Apparently the website constantly gets online orders wrong and staff are ordered to keep quiet
