Ordered from the app. Paid for order. Order went through. Received confirmation order is being prepared. Drove to restaurant. Restaurant has been closed the whole day. How does the app confirm order with restaurant when there is no one to confirm order. Spoke to online support. It is not in there control the restaurant is closed. Nothing they will or can do. Just a sorry. Normally on the app it shows offline when a restaurant is closed. Otherwise you could order at midnight with expectation. Am I really going to drive all the way to the restaurant
