Online order not to be used

<p>I made an online order around 18:40 and payed , I recieved a confirmation in due time.At around 19:00 I called Sutherland Umtata branch to make a follow up. They confirmed that my order has been recieved received and will be delivered. I waited and called again at 20:00 the phones were not answered. I then called the customer care which put me through to the Butterworth branch. I was assisted by the Manager, he gave me the Umtata branch Mannagers number. I was assisted by a lady named Onke but she was struggling aswel.She gave me a number, when I called the lady by the name of Mpo***azi said she will get back to me. I waited she never did. She phoned after 45 min to tell me a lie that the pizza was delivered and there was no response. 5 min after speaking to Mpo***azi the pizza was delivered at about 22:00. It was a mess, it had too much barbeque/chutney.too many peppers. My experience was really awful. I don't think il ever attempt to order online and/ or order pizza at Sutherland branch.</p>
