Online order not making my life easier.

I'm only complaining today because this has been a continuous inconvenience and I can't seem to understand it. We've been ordering from Debonairs Motherwell for ages, and the couple last times my online order takes 1-3 hours after I've ordered. So I place the order for my child which shouldn't take long but even if I do a few things before pickup I still end up waiting at the store. Today I placed am order AR 10:59 got there more than 30 minutes after but only received my order at 11:51. I asked why they told me they don't make the pizza if you choose pay in store, they only make it once you come in and pay because they don't want losses. But I would also not like to lose my time I'm wasting after thinking I'm making my life easier. If pay in store is an issue, it shouldn't be available as an option. This has happened more than 5 times that's why I thought today I should say something.
