Online order not even processed
Order was placed at 7pm, at 8:20 we phoned the branch who rudely told us they never placed the order at all. <br> Then that it would take a further hour to get here. 2 Hours for a pizza? Seriously! when they are not 5 mins away.<br> THIS IS BRANCH COMPLAINT - But still a HO problem. <br> we regularly use the service and don't want to stop, but this is just not acceptable!<br> I don't think that i should be paying for this Pizza. Heaven help it if it is also delivered cold. <br> I would like a replacement to this order. <br>
