Online order not delivered! Calls go unanswered!!

I orderd a pizza 19:08, it is now 20:50. I am going for 2 hours and the pizza is still not here. I also get no response from the online chat or by calling the shop! This is pathetic service! I am now going to eat something else and I want a refund.

It is now 2 hours later. I am still waiting and very hungry. I have phoned more than 5 times in the last hour and used the online chat with no success.

Order number: 755342 The pizza arrived more than 2 hours after I ordered. The dot was black when I received the pizza and I asked the driver why isn't it red, on which he rep****, "It just turned from red to black". He was wrong as the pizza IS cold!! I am not even hungry anymore as I had to eat something else. I warn everyone against ordering Debonairs pizza!
