Online Order not delivered
<p>I placed an order online on the 10th November from the Silver Oaks branch.</p> <p>I made payment online and received notification the the branch had accepted my order</p> <p>However the order was never delivered. I tried calling them numerous times that evening to no avail</p> <p>The following morning I called the store to inquire, the teller informed me that they had experienced load shedding, she then asked for my number and said that manager would call me back to resolve the matter. i haven't gotten a call back</p> <p> </p> <p>I then sent an email to their info address and I still have recieved a response </p> <p> </p> <p>What irritates me the most is:</p> <p>Why would the system accept my order, if the store could not deliver?<br />I still haven't received any communication regarding the uncompleted order </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable </p>

The matter has been resolved. Its a pity I had to complain on this forum for this to be handled. Not the sort of customer service I would expect from the Famous Brands group
