Online Order Gone Wrong

I placed an online order at 5:30pm & received a sms confirmation at 5:31pm with instruction delivery at 6:30pm, 6:35pm no delivery then i called the store and spoke to Xolisiwe who advised their system was offline and the were unaware of the order,i asked how long will it now take she said she would call me back. When i received the call from her she called out my order exactly as i placed it online and advised that upon my request to replace the olives with bacon that could not be done so she gave me options and amended the order i then asked her again how much longer for my order she stated another hour and a half as they are busy and are short staffed, so i explained how absurd this is as i have already waited an hour and that their system wud not have had the order if it was offline she then said yes but it's becoz it never print, this now has become very frustrating as I've been given a different excuse,i then spoke to leeann the manager and she stated she has a driver who is doing a delivery in merebank and is leaving shortly will send it through so i then said how is that going to be possible as the order has not been placed as yet, to my disappointment i cancelled the order
