Online order

I placed online order using a voucher for Calton CenterDeboniars. After punching in the voucher I clicked place order then after few minutes the app told me "time out". But my order didnt go through but guess what? My voucher was gone. I went to store manager who then told me there is nothing they can help with. I called in their call centre and no help. I send them text on facebook and instead of giving me a solution they said their team will communicate. Its now a week no communication, I mean nothing. My money(voucher) is gone just like that. I am angry and at the sme time disappointed.
