Online order delivered after 3hours.

I ordered a pizza online around 7pm, I called them 10min before 8 checking how far they said I will get it around 8. I waited n called many times after n there was no answer until 8.50 where I decided to drive to another branch that is closing at 9. I had to pay again since it's a franchise they said. Mind you I am driving at night with a two months old "my poor child". I cannot cancel the pizza because the older one is looking forward. I bought n came back we are n slept at 10pm they r calling for delivery. What nonsense is this, waiting for 3hours for pizza. I told them I bought it elsewhere.

I complained on their website n asked for my refund. I got a MSG saying refund has been processed it takes 5 days. No apology for so much inconvenience no nothing, at that time I drove at night with my 2months old. I am so angry at Debonairs Olieven n the sad part is it's not the 1st time this is happening to me. Your service is very much stinking. Nxaaa.
