Online order but wasn't delivered.

I placed my order at exactly 18:24, restaurant received and accepted the order at 18:28. 2hrs later still no delivery and I can't even get through to them. I decided to drive and check what's really happening with my order. When I get there, my order has been ready but no delivery was made nor contact. This service is really absurd coz I could've just went there without placing an order online. They weren't even apologetic of the delay and received a cold pizza!!!!
