Online Order

Hi<br> <br> Sunday the 06/09/2015 I ordered two real deal meals and the driver delivered only the pizzas and looked me like I was crazy for asking where the drinks were? He then left without an apology from him or the store for this inconvenience. I again chose not to make a big deal of it. <br> <br> this was not the first incident either:<br> <br> Today the 09/092015 I ordered another two real deal pizzas (you can check the details as I ordered online) and to my surprise the cashier (Shannon September) from the Goodwood store called me to tell me that I can't add chicken and mozzarella on my order as the real deal pizza are a standard margherita pizzas. then informed her to cancel the order and give me a refund and she agreed. an hour later a driver calls me to deliver a pizza and i told him that i had this order cancelled. i want my money back.<br> the attitude of the driver and cashier were appalling, they lacked etiquette and professionalism.<br> i want my money back, as this is unacceptable to me.<br> <br> its really a shame as i am a debonairs customer, order it at least once a month.<br> <br> regards<br> No More Debonairs Pizza
