Online Order

Ordered online at 12:41pm at the Debonairs in Brits , It's now 14:30pm now and I am still waiting for my order. I have called the store and was advised don't I know it takes an hour , It is my first time using the app and I would really not recommend it to anyone, My order has already been paid online and this is frustrating.
