Online Order

<p>I ordered online ,this is the second time im having the problem,the online process is quick and easy ,very good process ,but the problem is the branch ,they called me back within 2minutes to confirm my order and i was impressed ,i explained to the worker ,that i ordered the food for someone else ,and if i could please give the name ,the guy took the name ,when i asked him to repeat it ,he said i'll call you back and cut the call ,i called twice after that , the first time the work didnt understand me and passed the phone to another person ,who then dropped my call ,my third call ,the lady said she cant track the call and will transfer me to the manager where the phone just rang and went to voicemail,this is the second time i ordered online and have the same experience ,if you want an online system please ensure workers in the branch understand and speak english and can assist ,the food got delivered they couldnt find the person ,i got 3 calls and had to explain who it was for ,by then the food was cold ,and it is frustrating</p>
