I am utterly disappointed in the service received at Protea Glen mall debonairs. I've placed an order it's been 2 hours 30 minutes waiting for delivery till now.

When calling I'm being taken from pillar to post. This is totally disgusting to receive such a service. Do you understand that we order because we want a quick meal but no it ends up taking forever to arrive to the designated location. Debonairs talk to your stuff to fix their character and drivers or else you'll end up losing more customers because of mediocre service. The worst thing is that this is not the first time I'm being stood up by debonairs. You have surely lost me as a customer.
