Around 7:15 I went to your branch in Randdridge Debonairs pizza which is next to Steers where there is a Caltex garage. A cashier helped me and I ordered my two large pizzas only to be told that the card machines were dead and not working. I went back to the car to ask my husband for cash and he didn't have so we decided to get steers next door. When I was now approaching steers I saw the lady swiping the white guys card at debonairs just less than 5 mins before I left that place. I was so ****ed of that I went back to ask her what was going on, and she told me that the other machine was working. So I asked to speak to the manager who was not helpful at all he just said to me yes the other machine was not working when I came the 1 st time. So my question is why was I not helped on the other machine the 1 st time I was there. Why also did the cashier say the card machines are dead not working instead of saying we have a network problem. I ended up buying steers i don't like. I suspect this guys wanted cash for themselves. I love my Debonairs but I think this will be my last time visiting this branch and it's so sad because that's were we buy our Friday pizza every Friday.
