One Hour Waiting For Pizza

On the 15.12.2015 i went to Debonnairs Pizza and ordered a Pizza around 6:00pm. After placing the order no one advised me as to how long it will take, We than took a walk around the mall and went back 3 times to inquire about the pizza and everytime we would be told that it is in the oven. How can a Pizza be in the oven for an hour????? When we finally escalated the concern to the manager on duty he seemed not interested in our concern and just handed us our pizza with no apology. We literally had to walk around the mall for an hour to pass by time, waiting for something that takes 15 minutes... when the manager spoke to us he told us there was a backlog, so why was this not communicated to us, before placing the order so that we can estimate the wait time, why when we went back on 4 occassions no one advised us of this and kept saying its in the oven!!!<br> really appalled at the lack of service and disregard for customer centricity for a manager to display such behavior one would ask the question as to what example is he setting to his staff members....
