One hour for delivery - manager rejects calls
I ordered online,called after 40 minutes and my call was diverted to the call centre who was not only arrogant but useless, he then asked me to call the Randburg manager on his cell***).He rudely said that the order had left 10 minutes ago,he hung up saying I will call you now,I called him on 3 occasions and he rejected my call only for the order to be delivered cold and 20 minutes later when Debonairs is just 4kms away.<br> In total my order took an hour to be delivered even though i specified that it should be delivered ASAP and not at the next specified time of 08:15pm.<br> I ordered food for my sister as she was unexpectedly asked to work till late.<br> I will never use Yumbi or Debonairs again due to this disappointing and upsetting experience, clearly service delivery means nothing to you.
