OLD, BURNT, HARD AND CHEWY PIZZA
Good Day,
I am really disgusted with the customer service of Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain branch. We ordered 2 pizza's, the one was chewey, burnt, hard, and really not nice to eat! We called them and requested that they give us a new one. My sister had taken some of the pizza home who lives 20min away from us and could not get back those slices, we were then left with 4 pieces. Debornairs then only returned with 4 SLICES IN THE BOX! THAT IS PATHETIC! THE WHOLE PIZZA WAS NOT NICE AND ONLY RETURNED BACK 4! WHO DO YOU THINK WE ARE! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE! In the end we gave you back your 4 new slices you brought us and then we GAVE YOU BACK THE OLD, CHEWEY, BURNT, HARD AND NOT NICE PIZZA we bought from you!
I will never order from any of your branches again!
