old and cold

on the 06 aug, my company ordered pizza from debonairs arround lunch time, then food arrived cold and the pizza was dry and tasted really old. as hungry as we were we sucked it up and ate 2 slices from the boxes each. my manager couldnt bear it and stated call debonairs and tell them about the pizza coming late, being cold and worse of all tasted as dry as anything.i in turn contacted the branch in kemtpon park, monument road of where we ordered the pizzas, spoke to FELICIA OR FELICTY and she in turn stated she will send the driver back with new pizzas. when the driver did arrive, he called the manager and told her there were more than 2 slices eaten from each 4 of the boxes, i ended up speaking to her and she did not wish to listen to reason or compromise and asked the driver to return with the new made pizzas and i must take my earlier order back , they could not assist
