Oder taking too long .

Worst service ever ,order pizza at 20:30 its 22:25 from debonairs primrose bedfordview and I haven't received it, I called a couple of times and every time I called they said 10 min but no one is calling to inform me about any delays , so it now seems like it takes 2 hours to prepared and deliver pizza but we as customer's are not informed about it ,the last called I made now the manager said my food is still by their store and the drivers have left without my oder 2 hours later. This is by far the worst service iv ever received...
