Not up to standard

I ordered two pizzas on the 6th October 2019 at 16hr10 minutes.I placed my order and also told the lady answering the phone that I'm in Kwa T hema and prepared to pay delivery cost,of wish she agreed and it was not the first time I placed an order with the same store Secourt Debonaires.An hour later I got a call from a lady saying they don't know where the place is, in trying to direct the lady the delivery gentle manwanted to speak and he said I should ask for another delivery company and even mentioned two different delivery companies .And he also said he will not deliver it cause he only does Selcourt.I prior also I formed the lady on the phone the reasons why I don't want to order Pizass from Kwa Thema Square .Cause the pizza does not look as palatable as on the menu.I also launched a complains of the Kwa Thema Square Debonaires store..I also tried to phone your toll number only wasted my airtime cause your services are not as you portray on the menu

I expect this to be fesoved asap
