Not treating her staff with dignity and respect

I went to buy a pizza late around 20:45 got very friendly staff who assisted me with my order. Later when I was waiting for my order an Indian lady came to the front desk I believe she is the manager. She started addressing a complaint from another Customer about a wrong order that one of the staff did and the way she was talking to them as a manager it was not of respect to me as a customer and the staff. The tone of her voice and handling a complaint on the front desk and not calling her staff member to the office or back area to address it privately and everyone I mean the staff immediately wiped their smiles off their face when the lady went on and on about the wrong order, it actually demoralizing the staff and a bad way of correcting a mistake. I feel not respected as a customer I will rather go to other restaurants where there's is peace
