Not taking responsibility for misleading advertising
<p>I am very disappointed with Debonairs. This is the second time I have been a victim of their misleading false advertising. Yesterday my colleagues and I saw that app ad where you get 50% off the first online order. We tried it on the first phone but at no point did we get a voucher code that one supposedly get to qualify for the 50% off. I went to the nearest store for assistance and I downloaded the app on another phone from the store. The staff didn't know how it worked and also where the voucher code is supposed to come from. The manager asked me to proceed to order and see if they will send the 50% on the order. Nothing. I ended up paying for the full price. I raised this with Debonairs on various channels and I saw other people experiencing the same problem. I am utterly appalled that the company is refusing to take responsibility for the confusing they are causing customers and the staff at stores. All the do is say you should have entered the voucher code that they do not sent by sms or email. How is one supposed to guess because it doesn't even say that in the app when you go through the steps of ordering, and this code is not even on the places where thy have advertised.</p>
