NOT SURE WHAT TO SAY

I ordered from Mookgophong branch on Saturday at 09:29 and almost 2 hours later it was delivered after I phoned and asked where it was as I ordered online for ASAP delivery where I was told their waiting for the driver then about half an hour later some one phoned me asking for the address and I advised the person that the address is on the order and clear as day I will send you the screenshot of the order on request as I have that. When the driver dropped it off I explained that it is quiet a long time to wait for 2 standard pizzas and he told me they only start at 10:00 I then explained that the order was made at 09:29 so why only did I receive it at after 11 if the delivery started at 10? The pizza was standing a while because the toppings was hard so according to me the pizza stood a while before delivery?
