Not so creamy chicken

I havent ordered from Debonairs in a while because of this I placed an order after 6 o'clock this evening and it's currently 8:24pm and our food still hasn't arrived (I have screenshots of all of this) I have been contacting them but it keeps saying the line is busy and when I finally get through to a consultant I am told that the delivery guy is close by. So the pizza finally arrived and there was nothing creamy about the creamy chicken pizza and the toppings were little to none I just feel like if you going to take so long to deliver the pizza at least make sure that it's good when we get it because the last thing a hungry person wants is an unsatisfactory meal And you call this a paid for service ?
