Not satisfied and poor service that sucks

I ordered pizza at today 19:32 at eyethu mall mofolo they accepted my order and after an hour i got the message that my order was delivered and i called the store and i was asked my number and the person who was speaking on the phone said she cant see my order on their system and she cant track the order i placed and i only got my order after 2 hours and it is cold the service is poor i am not happy at all 😡😡😡
