Not satisfied

I am very disappointed with Debonairs pizza Pretoria CBD, the one that is in Lillian Ngoyi. I called in to order a large triple decker creamy chicken on 09 May 2019 at 17:33, I collected the pizza at 17:58, upon collection, I realised that the pizza looked like the standard pizza not the triple decker, it seemed as though it had no toppings and I enquired with the teller named Marther, she said it was like that because time lapsed since it was taken out of the oven. I then concluded that it means that it can revive when warmed up with a microwave. I went home, warmed it but still no change. I called the store, with no luck as they had high call volume. I consumed the pizza as I had no other plan but left a piece as a proof of my concern. I called the shop the following day and I was asked to take back the pizza, when I went there, the store manager told me that the was no way I can be compensated for what happened as I had eaten the pizza, I was told to even escalate the matter to their customer care if I don't feel satisfied, I did but still, customer care says I should resolve the matter with the store manager. Hello Peter please assist me here. Was I supposed to have kept the whole pizza and died because of hunger so I could have kept the evidence? I feel not satisfied with what happened. The teller was not even at work and they refused calling her on my presence, on top of that, they say they spoke to her on my absence and she said I was happy with the pizza, she doesn't mention my complain.
