"not right food" from Musina Debonairs

We have had the worst service from Musina debonairs. First we placed the order today at 17:30 for 19:00... It was a large pizza medium pizza and some of the small ones...... We had to phone them at 19:15 to ask about the order.... I asked to speak to the manager and was put through to the driver... I was told to wait another 25 min..... At 19:40 the store supervisor phoned back claiming he was the manager and said the driver said " the small pizza's was not right and can not be delivered". I asked how do they only see now that the food is not right and the phone was put down in my ear. This is unacceptable and worst of all its the 3rd time that something like this has happened.... We won't be ordering from them again and will surely tell all of our friends and colleagues about the service and the " not right" food from musina debonairs...
