Not receiving sports voucher for R200 promotion

I bought a triple decker on the 19th of December 2022 and recieved a R200 sports voucher on the 22nd December 2022 I claimed the voucher with the link provided on the voucher code the feedback I recieved is that on 24hours I'll recieve a voucher to redeem at Sportscene or Edgar's. It is the 3rd of January 2023 and still no voucher Please give me feedback as to why I should send emails to claim
