Not living up to standards
I ordered two large pizzas last night for delivery. When the pizza arrived it was cold and there was hardly toppings on the pizzas. When i called and spoke to the manager she told me there was nothing she could do about it and she did not even apologise. She refused to help me. That made me more upset as i have been buying by debonairs for years now and have never had this experience. I would like this to be sorted out asap as this is very bad for a place like debonairs. They are not living up to their standards and will soon be loosing customers!!!
