NOT IMPRESSED

Last night we ordered in with Debonairs from Carnival Mall. Placed my order at 18:23 for on the double special with 2 extra sides & 2L Coke. The 2 sides was for Donut Dippers & a side of cheese&garlic bread ripper.The 2 pizzas was the Chicken&Feta& the BBQ Bacon. We were asked do we want extra cheese, & yes, we would like extra cheese as well. At 19:01 we received a call from Debonairs to advise the power has just gone out, secondly, somebody made a mistake with the order & instead of the Chicken&Feta a Pepperoni pizza was made. We were asked do we want to take our order incorrectly, we agreed- although totally upset, you are hungry, what do you do after 7 if your proposed meal was take out. 19:22 Debonairs arrived at our place - this is after the promise of 40 minutes to delivery time. An hour later,! Open the pizzas and it looks like a 2 year old prepared it, the cheese was not even fully melted, and no sign of extra cheese, the crust tasted underdone - I suppose due to the power outage - by 19:01 it was already 40 minutes passed. no chocolate dipping sauce for the dippers,no garlic on the ripper. R211 for absolutely poor quality. I expect a full refund,wont use Debonairs again!
