Not happy with the service received

Yesterday on the 22nd of October, I ordered a pizza online from Chesterville and it directed me to the Westville branch and paid with my Card. The money was deducted, the next thing I know I'm receiving a call from them telling me that they do not deliver in my area and my question was how come my order was accepted if they do not deliver in my area? So the lady cashier told me it's the system that accepts the order and there's nothing she can do. So I asked what about my money, and she said it's either I collect the pizza or my money, but now what was the whole point of me ordering online if I had means to get there? Then she gave the phone to the Manager, who was a guy, he also tried explaining the Computer System of which I didn't understand and I doubt he knows what he was talking about. So I asked if the driver can at least meet me half way and he refused, I had to walk a couple of miles, in the hot sun for my pizza because he said my money can only be refunded after 24 hours. I was not happy with their service, but thanks to the driver who saw us walking up the road and drove down to meet us.
