Not happy with Ibika Debonairs

I ordered a pizza from Ibika Debonairs via phone at 17:15 and when I got there at 18:10 I given a wrong pizza, thank goodness I noticed it before I had driven a bit further. I took the pizza back and when I got there I had to wait for more than 30 minutes because they kept on giving me the wrong pizza. Finally I was given what I thought was a right pizza only to discover when I got home that I was given a wrong flavor. I had order a chicken & mushroom crammed decker with debonairs sauce only to discover that I had been given a creamy chicken crammed decker. What makes me irritated about the whole thing is that I stay far and to get to them I have to drive an hour on a dirt road.
