not getting what i paid for

I bought a Triple Decker Pizza Large @ Chris Hani mall and the first layer of my pizza was a medium or small i don't know but what i know is that layer was not equal to the layer on top of it and i Paid R 104.90 order number 419 date 01/03/2015. i thought the service had changed there after 8 months but the nothing has changed because that first layer had no meat in it its like they were counting the the meat in each layer. Please advise if that's how it suppose to be? because whenever i buy my pizza @ Germiston i get what i paid for @ Chris Hani i always need to come back to Hello Peter when those people from Chris Hani mall gonna be trained to do the exactly what the customer ordered because this is annoying that there is a walking distance outlet near me but i cant get the service am paying for i always need to get into a taxi to go get the best service am really annoyed Because this is not the first time am complaining about this outlet for the same thing. That brings me to the question how many customers have received the same thing and accepted it because they don't know how it should be like because if they did to me they have done it before to someone that kept Quiet
