Not bothered Debonairs!

On Friday, 31 December 2021 I placed an order online for my family in Virginia, as I am in Durban. I ordered a 1x lunch vibes deal and they made a delivery of just the pizza without the cooldrink.

I phoned querying the cooldrink not being delivered, and how quick was I told they are closing and do not have drivers. My question was who dispatches an incomplete order and makes it my problem that I have people having pizza with nothing to drink. It is now day 2 and the matter has not been resolved. This kinda of service is disgusting, are they keeping more stock for themselves coz if it was an error it was going to be resolved by now. I want my refund for that cooldrink!!
